Abiding Discipleship Groups

Helping you develop the tools and skills to walk with Jesus in a deeper more dependent way that will transform your life

Our focus

Have you ever wondered why the trauma in life has kept you down for many years? While many of us have read and heard preached freedom in Christ, the truth is we haven’t felt free. Our discipleship groups walk individuals through a series of focused points in the Christian walk. We study God’s word slowly, in order to truly transform our minds (Romans 12:2)

Whether you’ve been a Christian for 60 years, or 6 days, these groups will be the catalyst for a deeper walk with God.

Through these groups we walk through Identity, Sin, God’s Word, Temptation, Triggers, and finally encouraging a testimony through it all.

Identity is focused on what God has called us through His word. We realign our belief in self based on his explanation.

Sin is something that has this horribly negative disgusting feel. It is often associated with horrible actions. But what if sin was simply described as missing the mark with God. Then many things could enter this description and not be disgusting, but rather misguided. We walk through what the Bible says about sin.

Our central guide is scripture. We jump from Genesis to Psalms, Matthew, Luke, John, James, 1/2 Peter, Romans, and more to show the importance of God’s word in our lives. Not only is God’s word important, but we talk about how to read God’s word for transformation and not information.

We talk about temptations and triggers in the lives of believers, and how the root of those can be named and defamed. This brings about an identity separate from the actions that happen to us, and puts the focus on what Christ did.

Lastly, we walk through a beautiful sharing of each person’s testimony of abiding. How has God led you on this journey? Some beautiful stories of true life transformation have come from it.
